Products and Services Limited Warranties

You can expect nothing less than the highest level of expertise, professionalism and courtesy from NJR Home Services. To back that up, we offer limited warranties on appliance repair, parts, service and installation (as described below).

Appliance Limited Repair Limited Warranty
NJR Home Services appliance repair labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. If the same problem re-occurs within 30 days, we’ll perform the work at no additional charge for labor. (There may be an additional charge for parts, unless they are covered by the parts limited warranty.)

Parts Limited Warranty
All parts installed by NJR Home Services are covered by a 30-day limited warranty unless otherwise stipulated by the manufacturer.

Note: If the failure of a repair was the result of misuse, natural forces or abuse, the labor and parts are not covered under the limited warranty.

Sales and Installations Limited Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. Any problems that may develop during this one-year period as a result of the installation will be corrected at no additional charge for labor.

Note: If the problem is determined to be the result of misuse, natural forces or abuse, the repair is not covered under the terms of the limited warranty.

The limited warranty on the appliance will vary based on the manufacturer and efficiency of the unit. Please read the manufacturer’s limited warranty provided with the unit at the time of installation.
