Thank you for signing up for a NJR Home Services Comfort Service Plan.

We will review your request within the next two to three business days (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.to 5 p.m.). We will contact you if we have any questions regarding the information you submitted or you indicated you need additional information. Your Comfort Service Plan coverage will become effective 14 days from the date of submission.

You will receive a confirmation letter in the mail with your Comfort Service Plan effective dates. If you do not receive this letter within two weeks of submitting your form, please call our customer service department at 877-466-3657.
