Appliance Repair Warranty
NJR Home Services appliance repair labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. If the same problem re-occurs within 30 days, we’ll perform the work at no additional charge for labor. (There may be an additional charge for parts, unless they are covered by the parts warranty.)
Parts Warranty
All parts that are installed by NJR Home Services are covered by a 30-day warranty unless otherwise stipulated by the manufacturer.
Note: If the failure of a repair was the result of misuse, natural forces or abuse, the labor and parts are not covered under the warranty.
Sales & Installations Warranty
We provide a warranty on workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. Any problems that may develop during this one-year period as a result of the installation will be corrected at no additional charge for labor.
Note: If the problem is determined to be the result of misuse, natural forces or abuse, the repair is not covered under the terms of the warranty.
The warranty on the appliance will vary based on the manufacturer and efficiency of the unit. Please read the manufacturer's warranty provided with the unit at the time of installation.
Duct Cleaning Warranty
Our duct cleaning work is guaranteed for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied with the work that has been performed, our technician will return to your home to complete the job to your satisfaction or we will refund your money.
